Tenants:

Why are there no available properties on your website?

All units are currently occupied, but we are acquiring new properties all the time, and if you submit an application, it can be shared with partner landlords and put on a waiting list for our units. Please specify if you would like your application to be shared with other landlords.

Please submit an application if you are interested in leasing from us, people on our waiting list will have first choice of rentals before the units get listed. 

What are the lease terms available?

It depends on the situation; we typically offer 12-month leases, but depending on the situation, that can be different. Please contact us. 

I submitted an application, when will I hear back from a representative? 

We try to respond to applicants as soon as possible, but due to the overwhelming amount of applicants, when a property becomes available, please give us up to a week to respond. 

Do you accept pets?

Yes! A deposit may be required depending on the property. Please list what pets you wish to have live with you!

What is included in my rent?

It depends on the property. Please read the description. 

What add-on services are available?

Mowing and snow removal are included at some properties, but in ones where it is not, it is available at an additional fee. 

Can I renovate or paint my unit?

Please submit a request before making any modifications to your property. We will try to accommodate the best we can, and at times, the cost can even be split. 

How are repairs and maintenance handled? 

We will try to conduct repairs as soon as possible with our team of trained maintenance staff! We ask that tenants perform regular maintenance tasks such as changing the filter and making sure garden hoses are not attached to spigots during the winter. 

What areas do you serve? 

We are expanding fast; we currently serve Van Wert and Mercer County.  

I live with multiple people, who should apply for our rental?

We ask that all occupants over the age of 18 submit an application. 

How much are your rentals?

Our rent prices depend on the property type (Multi-family or single-family), features such as garages, location, and age of the property. 

I'm looking for a luxury apartment. Do you offer any?

Yes, we do! We offer new construction rentals. 

Selling Your Property:

How long does the process take?

Barring any issues, we aim to close within 45 days from first contact!

Is the application private?

Yes! We value your privacy, and we will keep your information private unless we have your permission to share any information. 

What kind of properties do you offer?

We offer single and multi-family rentals. Our homes are often updated or even new constructions to be leased out. Everything from studio apartments to large single-family homes are available. 

Can I request a certain type of home or property?
